i. MCNWI repsonsibilites to their principles:

  • To comply with the Principle's terms and conditions of sale
  • To conscientiously cover the entire assigned territory.
  • To treat Principles as they liked to be treated themselves.
  • To add value to the Principle's relationship with their Customers.

ii. Principle's Responsibilites to mcnwi:

  • To provide MCNWi a fair, clearly worded, Agreement.
  • To treat MCNWi as they like to be treated themselves.
  • To acknowledge MCNWi as a viable business partner.
  • To constantly strive for timely responses and open communication.

iii. common account responsibilities:

  • To present products which are in the Accounts's best interest.
  • To constantly strive to improve Account relationships.
  • To clearly, fairly and honestly communicate to all Accounts.
  • To process Customer Service issues promptly and accurately.

iv. the responsibilities to one and other.

  • To communicate and share ideas.
  • To treat each other as they like to be treated themselves.
  • To always be ethical to each other and all accounts.
  • To acknowledge each other need to remain profitable.
