Office Manager/Customer Service

Melissa joins the MCNWI team in our WA office with a strong background in customer service, purchasing and sales. Her most recent position was for Amazon Fresh-a subsidiary of Amazon.com- working as an Associate Buyer for perishables and wine. Previous career highlights include working for the IT provider Zones where she achieved top sales recognition in new products and updates to client’s organizations. She has also worked for Microsoft as a Telephone Partner Account Manager. Melissa handles the customer service responsibilities as well as office support tasks for the WA office.

The mother of two children, Melissa’s hobbies include family, yoga, shopping and being outdoors.
